SKINNYZ Israel will repair any defect in the furniture resulting from a material defect and/or as a result of an improper manufacturing process. The company will carry out the necessary repair and/or replacement of the product/part as needed and as determined by the company, free of charge, subject to the terms of the warranty.

Except for the following cases:

1. If the product is used unreasonably or is damaged intentionally or as a result of negligence by the customer, including use of the product contrary to the usage instructions.

2. Due to force majeure events that occurred after the delivery date of the product to the customer.

3. Repairs made by someone not authorized to do so.

4. The installation and/or use was not performed according to the manufacturer's instructions and/or the terms of use.

 

The warranty is valid for one year (12 months) starting from the date of delivery to the customer's home.

The company may but is not obligated to continue to provide service and repairs for a fee after the end of the warranty period.
