1. SKINNYZ operates the website www.skinnyz.co.il (hereinafter: "SKINNYZ" or "the company", as applicable) and issues discount coupons and/or gift voucher (hereinafter: "the coupon" or "gift voucher", as applicable) that enable the holder to receive a discount when purchasing products on the website.

 

2. Discount coupon / gift certificate

2.1. The coupon entitles the holder to a discount up to the amount stated on it (hereinafter: "the stated value").

2.2. The maximum number of coupons that can be used in a single transaction is one (to avoid doubt, multiple coupons cannot be used in a single purchase).

2.3. Purchasing a gift voucher by the customer will be possible only through one payment method and it will not be possible to purchase it using multiple payment methods in a single transaction.

2.4. "Payment method" - check, credit card (as defined in the Debit Card Law, 1986), bank transfer, PAYPAL, and cash. The gift voucher will be honored during its validity period as long as there is a balance that has not been used.

2.5. The validity of the gift voucher is three (3) years from the date of loading the coupon or from the date of purchase of the coupon. After this period, the coupon will not be honored or replaced.

2.6. The policy for returning a product purchased using a gift voucher is as follows: returning the product as stated will be possible no later than 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is not damaged and has not been used, and all subject to the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010. The refund will be made by issuing a credit voucher in accordance with SKINNYZ policy, and the relevant legal provisions will apply to the credit vouchers, as applicable.

 

3. General

3.1. The gift voucher is not convertible to cash or refundable, and partial use of the voucher's enclosed amount is not permitted.

3.2. In the event of theft/loss/damage of the gift voucher, the holder of the voucher shall not be compensated, and the theft of the gift voucher and/or loss of the gift voucher and/or damage to the voucher shall be considered as the loss of cash. Without derogating from the above, SKINNYZ reserves the right to replace a damaged gift voucher with an alternative voucher, subject to its sole discretion.

3.3. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of this agreement and any other publication regarding the gift voucher, including in the media, the provisions of this agreement shall prevail.

3.4. A gift voucher obtained through fraud and/or at the sole discretion of SKINNYZ or that is counterfeit and/or defective in a way that renders it unusable, will not be honored.

3.5. SKINNYZ reserves the right at any time to discontinue the distribution of gift vouchers or to change the terms of the gift vouchers in such a way that the changes will apply to gift vouchers purchased after the date of the change.

3.6. This agreement is a binding agreement between the gift voucher purchaser and SKINNYZ.

3.7. This agreement can be found on SKINNYZ's website for review.

3.8. This agreement may be amended at the sole discretion of SKINNYZ, but no change shall adversely affect the terms of the gift voucher holders who purchased vouchers prior to the change.

3.9. Vouchers are not a debit card as defined in the Consumer Credit Law, 1986. Anyone who holds a gift voucher declares by holding it that they agree to the above.

3.10. In the event of a lawsuit, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
