What's Covered

• Frame integrity — The steel frame is guaranteed against structural failure, bending, or breakage under normal use for 10 years from the date of purchase.
• Welding defects — All welds are guaranteed against separation or cracking.
• Material failures — The chair's materials, including the seat and backrest components, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or modification
• Cosmetic scratches or fading from UV exposure
• Damage from commercial or rental use beyond the intended residential scope

How to Make a Warranty Claim

2. Provide photos of the defect or damage to help us assess the claim quickly.
3. Receive a resolution — We'll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, typically within 5–10 business days.
